At ARC we have a shop facility that allows for large in-house casting and bricking of vessels, as well as forming custom-cast shapes with complete dry-out capabilities.
 Our construction crews are comprised of trained supervisors and full-time refractory craftsmen who regularly perform refractory work throughout the continental United States, and are fully Safety Trained through Allen Refractories Construction Company, LLC Safety Program that exceeds all OSHA/MSHA requirements. All full-time construction employees are bearers of OSHA-certified, ten-hour training cards; all full-time construction superintendents are bearers of OSHA-certified, thirty-hour training cards.
